Make up and jewelry coordination advice for little fuchsia banded bottom dress?

I have this a cleavage revealing, short fuchsia dress with a banded bottom to wear on my birthday, want to know the colour for the flat sandals, eye shadow, lipstick and jewelry to wear..essentially everything, any advice?Make up and jewelry coordination advice for little fuchsia banded bottom dress?
I think for shoes - you should go with whatever color is the accent color in your dress - or an ivory shoe would work too.





For eye shadow and lipstick - I've read that you should really do one of them up and make the other subtle....I would pick doing the eyes ';up'; and maybe glossy lips.





For jewelry - if it's a cleavage revealing dress - then a y-drop or pendant style necklace would be nice. here are some ideas:
