My homecoming dress is a shiny, platinum colored. What make-up would go best with it?

It's short, shimmery, almost a cocktail dress. I don't know what colors would go well with it for my face, I don't usually wear metallic colors.My homecoming dress is a shiny, platinum colored. What make-up would go best with it?
Since your dress is bright and shiny I would stay away from really harsh make up that is metallic or bright. Go with a little darker ...some eyeliner and make lashes long and beautiful by starting at the base and slowly bringing the brush out.


Go with a little bronzer that contains shimmer.(bronzer will set off the platinum)...doesn't matter if you have light or dark skin. And make your lips stand out with gloss.


Always always experiment with colors before the big day...so you won't be stressed the day of homecoming

Try getting a deep blu colored eyeshadow and were foundation or loose powder that matches your skin

you could do anything I think blue or a bolder color would be cute.
You should probably use the ';smokey eye'; for your eyeshadow.. but if your fair-skinned you should probably use a beige or white-ish color. For your lips probably just a clear or light colored lip gloss. And you could put a little bit of bronzer on the apples of your cheeks.
