What make-up should I do with a navy-blue outfit?

hi, i'm going to my friends house and i'm wearing this navy blue outfit with some flowers on it. i was wondering what color i should apply on the inner corer, outer corner, lid and crease?What make-up should I do with a navy-blue outfit?
Depends on eye color........but Stick with 2 colors! silverish blue, kinda like the color on the link. Apply on lid. Turquoise/ aquamarine layer overtop and on outer corners! GL :)
