no its ULTA I should know I work there. LOL Depending on who you talk to yes some of the gurls have gone to school for makeup and/or skincare, we also do get training in most of the higher end lines sadly somegirls are only there because it is a job.Are the people who work at Ulta and Sephora type makeup stores make up artist?

and yeah some of them them are but they're not great
