What's the best way to do your make-up?

I always see people who do their make-up perfectly. I like wearing liquid eye-liner on the top of my eyes, mascara, a little eye-liner on the bottom, and eye shadow. How do you do it flawless? Whenever I first put it on it looks really good, then I'll look in the mirror a couple hours later and it won't look like it first did. Any tips?What's the best way to do your make-up?

Personally, I don't like the ';drawn-on'; look of eyeliner. Try putting on your eyeliner, then with your finger or a Q-tip, smudge the line to make your eyes look ';smokey.'; It's hot, plus it stays in place much better than a perfect little line that can later be smudged anyway.

alot of makeup is bad for you skin unless you but it from like makeup made up of natural products (costs alot)
Wow Mr. Fart Crap over there sure needs a life, any whoO. Well usually what i might do is put some kind of creme i'm not exactly sure what it's called right now but below is a sight where it might say, HOPE IT WORKS!
make-up will not stay the way you want it the whole day, you have to do touch ups. : ( yeah i wish it would stay the whole day
put the eyeliner on first then the mascara then the eye shadow....make sure your face is washed first and all the previous make up isn't there before applying the make up make sure your face is dry.
well, for your eyeshadow put a light shadow on when you apply it. with mascara only apply it to your upper lashes. good luck :) if you want more help get a book called 1,000 quick makeup fixes

look natural.. if it doesn't look like it first did an hour later than you have a lot of make up on.. and its just melting away.. just put less make up on..
dont wear ANY! people and especially guys love to see your face for how it is! trust me...its ALL da truth!
