Clinique airbrush concealer ($17.50 US) works great because it illuminates under the eye. The dark circles will disappear if they are reflecting light instead of absorbing it. It's pretty sheer (which I like because thick cakey makeup only makes problem areas look worse) so if they are quite dark you may need to pat it on, set it with powder, and pat on a second layer and top it with more powder. When applying concealer, especially under the eye, make sure to lightly pat it on to the skin with your ring finger rather than rubbing it on. Well, wut I do is take concealer and put it under your eyes. Then, take foundation and put it over top of the concealer. Then, You take powder and put it over top of everything. It looks pretty good, if you match your skin tone right.
Any salmon colored concealer works wonders. But if you don't have one, put an orange-ish or reddish lip gloss or creme anything under. Then put on concealer. The red cancels out the blue and you cant even tell you have any dark circles.

Get a cover up that is lighter than your skin. Just dab it under your eyes. Pat it on and it will cover up the circles. It comes in a tube like lipstick.
Green concealer by Maybelline followed by a neutral concealer that matches you skin tone also by Maybelline. After applying those apply a pressed powder over top.
