I prefer a professional make up arist who does lessons on the side and doesn't charge too much. (Classes for those who wants to be make up artists). Please don't say a Cosmetology School.Does anyone know where I can take a make up application class in Chicago?
I suggest going to Marilyn Miglans on Oak St. or any good salon down town make up artist will teach you if you are willing to pay. Mario Tricio's, Elizabeth Ardens, Geogette Klinger in Water Tower.
