OMG I have the exact same look! Wow I have a lot of different things. First, if it's a huge dance, then you've got to wear black liner! You can just do it on the top lash line, but for a more dramatic effect, all around the eye. If you're going to a drugstore to get products......ok forget it I have no recommendations. I only know high-end products. Here are some great ones that are EASY to apply.

That's a basic thing that makes you look so pretty! If you're more of a beginner at makeup, eyeshadow palettes like these are cool. Use the blue and green shades.

Here, just use a liner (preferably the Urban Decay one) and line all around your eyes. Then use the ';Fishnet'; shade from the palette in place of that purple, with a light dusting of ';Ransom';. Use ';Graffiti'; instead of the green, and ';Peace'; instead of the blue. Use ';Honey'; instead of the yellow. I have personally done just that and it turned out absolutely stunning. And it was WAY easy!!





If you aren't interested in any of this, I would just use this palette instead, and contour your eyes:

For hair, I would do a half-up do, using a glossing cream and a frizz solution. John Freida Frizz Ease works very well, and as a glossing cream, I recommend:

If you don't like that, curl your hair in waves and use hairspray. Keep it down.

Have you thought about wearing a black wig? That would be very sexy. Also you should wear red lips, fake eye lashes and three shades of purple for eye shadow. Glitter too on your eye shadow plus you should get some rinestones and put them on your face by your eyes. But you must wear a black wig it looks sooooo hot!
