My friend has blue eyes blonde hair to and i always do her make up and ive seen that browns,golds,pinks,and light greens,really pop her eyes, mascara is perfect that will give ur eyes a extra pop and for brown eyes i have brown eyes and greens and purples really make my eyes pop.
Since you have blue eyes, light hues of purple like lilac will make your eyes pop and so will gold eyeshadows. Also, mascara will make your eyes look good too.
