What food combination's make up a complete amino acid?

I need a link/list of a bunch of different combination's of food, when combined, are an essential amino acid. What food combination's make up a complete amino acid?
there are many amino acids. think of it like lego. if you have all the basic pieces you can make lots of different things.

Meat, fish eggs, and dairy contain all the essential amino acids (the ones your body can't make out of others ones) so you can eat them on their own or combined with any other sources of protein. Also by combining grains or seeds with beans/legumes you get a complete source of essential amino acids.

here's a link I found for you:

Its not that the foods make up an essential amino acid, rather they fulfill the 9 essential amino acids you need.

If you eat a varied diet, you will have no problem at all getting all 9 essential aminos.

So eating dark green leafy veggies with legumes/beans, nuts, or whole grains will suffice. Also eating sprouted grains, sprouted beans, and sprouted seeds will also give you the full set.

Combining any of the above foods will give you a full set. So black beans (legume) and brown rice (grain) is one combination.

Or you could do sprouted sunflower seeds with dark leafy greens like spinach that's another.

Adding a dairy source will also help. So a sandwhich on whole grain bread with leafy lettuce and a slice of cheese is another combination.

As long as your diet is varied and includes as many real, whole foods (like whole fruits and vegetables) instead of processed and refined packaged foods, you will be fine.

If you eat meat, you're pretty much good. A lot of people think that in order to get all the protein and amino acids you need, you need to eat meat all day long. that is not the case. If you put some chicken on your sandwhich, bam...you just got all 9 amino acids. Or if you have some lean meat or fish with dinner, you're fine. You really don't have to eat that much meat.
