Prices for permanent may vary. but the average price runs from $200 to $350 for eyeliner either top or bottom. If you find a much lower price the go for it, but be aware of sanitary issues . Some Practitioners may charge way too much , but hey some people will pay exorbitant fees for anything.

I did my eyebrows it cost me $80.......My sister did her eyes top and bottom, but she said it hurt like a mug, and the after care was a lil painful.....for that it would be about $100
Sorry, but I think that permanent eyeliner is the stupidest thing to do to yourself ever. Plus it makes you look creepy.
