Where can I find a game that allows me to make up a dance with animated characters like a lot of characters?

I don't want any games that include pressing arrows or keys at the right time. Surely there has to be some sort of game where you can make your own dance routine and get animated people to do it. If not, is there a way I could find a place to make games like school tycoon for free like a flash game so I can make my own dance game?Where can I find a game that allows me to make up a dance with animated characters like a lot of characters?
