Why do Democrats have to make up stupid names?

I don't understand why Democrats feel is necessary to rename the Republican candidate McCain as McLame, McSame, McBush, McAilin and so on.





I have not seen Obama referred to anything other than Obama. I know his followers have been dubbed ';Obamabots'; or something stupid like that, but not Obama himself.





I don't particularly care for either candidate... but can you tell me why Democrats feel this is necessary or helping their case?Why do Democrats have to make up stupid names?

I've heard lot's of names from Republicans for Obama. Nobama, Obamanation, Obummer, BO, etc.





The Republicans also like to put an emphasis on Obama's middle name ';Hussein'; to imply that he's a Muslim or create fear. Some also call him the antichrist, some call him a terrorist, a socialist and all sorts of hateful names based on lies and smears.
Because Democrats have nothing else bad to say about Republicans so they make up stupid names for them. Oh and by the way, I'm an independant. An independant that tired of Democrates radio/tv bashing of the ';other side';. They have nothing better to complain about. The Republicans will win this election because THEY ARE SMART AND THEY CARE ABOUT AMERICA!
If you haven't seen it - it just means you haven't been paying attention. The treatment of Hillary Clinton in itself was a real low point for the GOP. They were shamefully rude. Referring to a woman as a b*tch and worse just because of politics? The Dems are not the party throwing the word ';terrorist'; around about an American Senator.





I don't name call myself. But you must have blinders on to not see that it is both sides. Just take a good look around YA.

and then the ever popular ';Osama'; so it isn't just democrats, but I think it started with Rush, who can't seem to stop himself.
Hmm well the republicans have names for Obama too, I am sure you heard them they are Terrorist, Socialist, Redistrubitor, Muslim, Anti-Semite, Centrist, Anti-American, Non-Christian, Arab, and there is some more I can't think of right now.
Nobama, Obambi, etc... I've heard plenty. Frankly it's just the fact that it's kind of hard to make fun of his name.





And while we're on the subject of names, seems his name is reason enough to roll up an insult against him. Barack HUSSEIN Obama, right?
I don't think its a ';democratic'; thing. I think its the MC part of the name. It just makes it easy to swap things in to make a name. And Obama is easily called Osama which is probably worse then all the names you gave.
You don't happen to be wearing blinders, do you? Supporters of both candidates do this. Its a bit funny that you've missed the many nicknames the Neocons come up with for Obama.
